Transdev North America is hiring a Bus Driver in Phoenix, AZ. The role centers on safe and reliable transportation, passenger care, and adherence to schedules and safety protocols.

Interviews are held in-person at 405 North 79th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85043. Starting pay is $22.46 per hour with progression to $35.79 over five years, plus benefits including vacation and health coverage. Applicants should bring a valid CDL and other documents.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older.
• Must have a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or a CDL permit.
• Excellent communication & customer service skills.
• Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.

Responsibilities

• Safety-Focused Operations: Follow designated routes and schedules with safety protocols.
• Passenger Care: Assist passengers, ensure smooth boarding and timely disembarkation.
• Vehicle Vigilance: Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Adherence to Protocols: Enforce seat belts and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Other duties as required
