Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid CDL Class B required.
• 2–3 years transit supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assign and communicate job requirements and responsibilities to Operators and Road Supervisors.
• Day-to-day scheduling, counseling and evaluation reports.
• Conduct on-the-scene accident investigations; assist drivers in preparing accident reports and safety violation documents.
• Host driver training and safety courses.
• Assist Safety Manager with DOT compliance regarding drug testing and recordkeeping.
• Other duties as required.
