Transdev North America, Inc. is seeking an experienced Bus Driver in Phoenix, AZ to ensure safe, reliable transportation with superior customer service.

This role requires strict adherence to routes, schedules, and safety protocols while assisting passengers and maintaining vehicle readiness. The position includes in-person interviews at our Phoenix location and competitive pay within the company payscale, plus a benefits package after probation.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older.
• Preferred: CDL with Passenger and Air Brake endorsements, or a CDL permit with ability to obtain endorsements.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional).
• Excellent communication & customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Safety-Focused Operations: Follow designated routes and schedules with strict safety protocols.
• Passenger Care: Assist passengers, ensure smooth boarding, and timely disembarkation.
• Vehicle Vigilance: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, report maintenance issues, maintain cleanliness and safety equipment readiness.
• Adherence to Protocols: Enforce seat belts, emergency readiness, and regulatory compliance.
