Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certifications per local contract requirements may be needed.
• Experience in passenger transportation is preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site checks and road observations per policy; report findings to staff.
• Check wheelchair securement and vehicle cleanliness on in-service vehicles.
• Monitor on-time performance and route adherence.
• Provide information to site staff and at key locations.
• Respond to accidents, assist with incident management and reporting.
• Accompany operators to medical facilities when required and supervise post-accident procedures.
• Fill vacant shifts to maintain full service delivery.
• Conduct gate checks ensuring on-time service and complete paperwork.
• Identify potential rerouting needs due to traffic or incidents.
• Ensure operators are fit for duty and properly licensed.
• Assist with service or passenger problems and field changes.
• Provide feedback to safety/ops to improve daily procedures.
