Job summary

MV Transportation seeks a Road Supervisor to monitor street operations in line with client, operations and safety requirements. You will conduct site checks, ensure vehicle cleanliness, and monitor on-time performance and route adherence.

You will provide information to site personnel, respond to incidents, accompany operators to facilities when needed, and help dispatch and maintenance staff keep service levels up while complying with licensing and certifications.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Certifications as required by local contract.
• Experience in passenger transportation preferred.
• Strong safety and service record.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Excellent communication with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site checks and road observations according to policy and report findings.
• Monitor on-time performance and schedule/adherence.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness and wheelchair securement.
• Provide information to site personnel and at key locations.
• Respond to accidents and incidents and support dispatch to resume service.
• Fill vacant shifts to ensure full service delivery.
• Assist operators with passenger problems and service issues.
• Document field observations and maintain records.
