Qualifications

• Certified NYS Article 19-A Examiner.
• Must have open availability and a flexible schedule.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Operations with 3 years in transit industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities of operators for safe bus operations.
• Provide support and advice to operators about various issues.
• Ensure a positive work environment through coaching and mentoring.
• Monitor on-time performance.
• Prepare and submit required reports in a timely manner.
