Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience driving motor coaches.
• 3 years training experience in the transportation industry preferred.
• Air brakes certificate and CDL B preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead training programs for transportation personnel.
• Supervise driver trainers and monitor performance.
• Recruit and train Bus Drivers.
• Provide classroom and behind-the-wheel instruction.
• Conduct Driver Safety Meetings and manage safety issues.
