Qualifications

• Hard Requirement: 3+ years of operations management experience.
• Work experience in transportation demand management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of all drivers.
• Ensure all bus routes meet client needs.
• Make staffing decisions and communicate them effectively.
• Hire, train and develop new drivers.
• Analyze ridership and suggest route changes.

Skills

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)

Self-motivated and problem-solving ability

Knowledge of DMV policies and procedures

Understanding of DOT compliance

Education
