Qualifications

• Candidate must have a flexible schedule and open availability.
• Experience in safety training and familiarity with NYSDOT, NY DMV, and FMCSA rules.
• Expected to provide coaching and mentoring to enhance employee morale.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities of operators for compliance in operations.
• Support operators in handling customer complaints and safety issues.
• Monitor on-time performance and prepare required reports.
