Job summary

Hendrickson Transportation Group in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking a Road Supervisor to lead field operations for paratransit and small bus services. Under the Operations Manager, you will direct drivers, monitor runs, respond to incidents, and support dispatch to maintain safe, on-time service.

The role requires coordinating with dispatch, completing daily supervisor reports, applying DOT/FTA regulations, and enforcing company safety policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of verifiable experience in administration, supervision, or management.
• Valid Texas Driver's License; CDL Class B preferred or as required.
• Knowledge of DOT and FTA requirements applicable to transit and paratransit services.
• Ability to communicate clearly with employees and the public, including individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to schedule, assign, and supervise a group of employees.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Drivers and vehicles on assigned routes to maintain safe, on-time service.
• Respond to collisions, incidents, and medical-related events and complete required reports.
• Supervise Operators, Dispatchers, and reservations staff while ensuring adequate service coverage.
• Complete daily supervisor reports and conduct ride-alongs for performance evaluation.
• Direct run assignments to ensure CCRTA contract compliance.
• Cover Dispatcher duties as needed and promote safety and customer satisfaction.
