Job summary

Hallcon Crew Transportation in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to coordinate daily field operations and ensure safe, timely transportation services for our clients. This role requires overseeing staffing, scheduling, and driver coordination to maximize service coverage seven days a week.

You will lead Site Supervisors and Drivers, hire and train staff, monitor performance, and work with internal teams to resolve service issues while upholding safety and compliance

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years management experience in transportation, logistics or similar.
• Knowledge of Employment Law.
• Proficiency in English.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Willingness to travel regionally up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across assigned locations to ensure safe, timely, and dependable transportation service.
• Ensure locations are appropriately staffed and scheduled to maximize vehicle utilization and customer satisfaction seven days per week.
• Provide road or yard driving support when necessary to maintain service continuity.
• Hire, onboard, and train employees in job responsibilities, policies, safety expectations, and customer service standards.
• Monitor performance and provide timely coaching and corrective action as needed.
• Maintain employee records and payroll-related documents accurately and on time.
• Champion safety culture and conduct safety audits and training.
