Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication/negotiation abilities; ability to influence without authority.
• Prior transit or transportation experience required.
• Able to manage time, meet deadlines, and multi-task.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings or evenings.
• Minimum of three years of supervisory experience.
• Exceptional customer service and professional telephone manners.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 management presence to frontline operations staff.
• Monitor daily operations, on-time statistics and attendance.
• Ensure performance indicators meet client and corporate expectations.
• Lead technology implementations (VDS, Zonar, AVL) and optimize tool usage.
• Develop manpower requirements and training for supervision staff.
• Coordinate dispatching, in-service monitoring, and turn-in activities.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports for service quality and client needs.
• Maintain attendance data and system records for compliance.
