Job summary

Bi-State Development seeks a Transit Service Manager, Bus Dispatch to lead on-street operations across MetroBus teams, including Bus Operators, TSMs, and maintenance staff. You will act as central contact for incidents, coordinate resources, and ensure safe, reliable transit service with top-level customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include crisis response, route and schedule coordination, and collaboration with law enforcement and emergency services.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, and supervise transit operations 24/7 to ensure safe service.
• Monitor communications and respond to incidents to minimize disruption.
• Provide guidance to Bus Operators and TSMs during emergencies and incidents.
