• Experience developing and managing strategic marketing programs for planning/engineering services.
• Experience managing client relationships and program/pursuit efforts.
• Experience in staff development including recruiting and career growth.
• Active involvement in industry associations and market visibility.
• Ability to collaborate with senior market leaders and regional managers.
