• Minimum of 10 years in transportation planning and/or engineering
• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, planning or related field
• Engineer: maintain engineering registration (preferred)
• Experience developing and managing strategic marketing programs for planning/engineering services
• Experience managing client relationships and program/project pursuits
• Experience with staff development and recruiting
• Visible industry involvement and activity in market sector
