Job summary

MTM Transit is seeking a Road Supervisor to oversee drivers' on-time performance and safety compliance in Mojave, CA. The role collaborates with Kern Transit to ensure fleet readiness and route efficiency.

You will collect incident data, assist drivers and customers, and produce management reports on route performance. A California Class B CDL with Passenger Endorsement is required, with competitive starting pay.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience and knowledge of DOT/FTA safety regulations.
• Experience with accident investigations and safety training is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and mentor staff; strong written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-time performance of drivers and safety practices daily.
• Provide oversight of fleet maintenance program and incident data collection.
• Investigate accidents and assist with determinations.
• Support drivers and customers with road-time questions and resolutions.
• Generate reports to evaluate routes and schedule effectiveness.
