Job summary

MTM Transit is hiring a Road Supervisor in Mojave, CA. Starting pay rate is $24.00 per hour. Must hold a California Class B driver's license with Passenger Endorsement and pass DOT requirements. The role focuses on ensuring fleet operations meet standards and driver support on the road.

Responsibilities include overseeing driver performance, fleet maintenance oversight, accident scene data collection, and reporting to optimize routes and schedules. On-site position with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role preferred.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and accident investigations.
• Must be able to mentor employees and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-time performance measures of drivers.
• Provide oversight of fleet maintenance program.
• Coordinate data collection at accident scenes.
• Investigate accident determinations and assist drivers.
• Generate reports to evaluate route and schedule effectiveness.
