Transdev in Portland, OR is seeking a Dispatcher to ensure efficient delivery of quality transportation services. You will supervise and dispatch Operators, organize trips, monitor dispatch alerts, and verify trip details with clients to maintain world-class service.

Main duties include coordinating runs, ensuring schedule compliance, and providing front-line support to customers and drivers. The role requires flexible hours and on-site presence at the Portland location.

Competenze

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with dispatch systems or routing software preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on assistance and information to customers.
• Organize and route trips to optimize performance.
• Monitor dispatch alerts and respond.
• Verify trip information with clients for no-shows.
• Interact with providers to resolve address issues.
• Ensure schedule compliance and safety.
• Document incidents and report to management.
