Job summary

Transdev is seeking a dispatch-focused professional to oversee road service operations, monitor trip performance, and support customers with trip-related questions.

Starting pay is $29.52 hourly under a collective bargaining agreement, with progression to $30.58 within one year. Benefits include vacation, sick leave, 401k, and life insurance. Must hold CDL B with Passenger endorsement and be able to work flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Technical degree preferred.
• CDL B with Passenger endorsement; no Airbrake restriction.
• 3–5 years dispatching experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office suite proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Able to work shifts or flexible schedules; DOT drug testing as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee road service by tracking trip performance, routes, and on-time starts.
• Provide customer support for questions on trips, no-shows, cancellations, and missed trips.
• Manage emergencies for operators; liaise with carrier and emergency services.
• Review daily route performance and proactively address issues affecting service.
