Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates Degree in relevant field preferred.
• Class B Commercial Driver's License with passenger endorsement required.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or as dispatcher for a public service agency required.
• 2+ years of experience as a supervisor required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and schedules transit drivers for adequate coverage; adjusts schedules for leave.
• Receives and handles telephone reservation requests and verifies trip data with clients.
• Identifies and manages driver routes and schedules for optimization and service excellence.
• Performs data entry and maintains agency systems; uploads data from tablets daily.
• Maintains files, records, and documentation with confidentiality.
• Prepares written summaries and compiles reports; assists in grant compliance.
• Acts as liaison with community partners and vendors; supports program leadership.
• Conducts research on trends to improve routes and schedules; communicates with staff.
