Qualifications

• Associates Degree or two years equivalent experience in office support, dispatch, or similar roles.

• Proficient with Word and Excel; able to learn dispatch software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Schedule daily bus routes and reservations using dispatch software.
• Answer calls, provide public transportation information, and assist riders.
• Monitor radios and devices; notify supervisor of urgent situations.
• Prepare route listings, calendars, and rider profiles; assist with tickets.
