MTM Transit is seeking a Dispatcher to direct day-to-day route and trip operations at our Gilbert, AZ location. You will coordinate dispatching, monitor on-time performance, and collaborate with drivers and managers to resolve issues. The role offers an open schedule and benefits package.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, US work authorization, and strong communication. Familiarity with scheduling software and GPS/GIS systems is a plus, with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications
