Qualifications

Previous experience in transportation or public service industry preferred.
Experience with monitoring of computers and dispatching in any field preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control movement of buses via computerized systems to ensure on-time performance.
Communicate with operators and staff by radio or phone.
Identify location and nature of operator problems to determine type of response.
Implement corrective actions to support on-time performance via dispatching to field staff, operators, etc.
Complete incident reports on a timely basis.
Work on special projects as needed.
