Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Starlink Customer Success Manager (Transit) in Redmond, WA. You will own Starlink Transit accounts from contract signature through onboarding, activation, and ongoing growth, serving as the primary customer contact and driving revenue and activation milestones.

You will coordinate with engineering, support, finance, and operations to ensure on-time deliveries, license activations, and healthy account status across multi-site deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 6+ years in account management, customer success, or technical customer-facing role.
• 5+ years owning a defined book of business with revenue accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned Starlink Transit accounts from contract to onboarding and growth.
• Hit revenue targets by tracking readiness, shipments, activations, and payments.
• Maintain current internal systems showing account and site status, risks, and opportunities.
• Monitor contract compliance, KPI performance, invoicing, and customer relationships to prevent churn.
• Set expectations with customers on timing and delivery.
• Build account plans defining current state and next revenue steps.
• Identify expansion opportunities and new uses for Starlink Transit.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, support, finance, operations.
