Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with ability to greet and assist customers.
• Knowledgeable about transit routes and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist every customer to provide outstanding service.
• Maintain awareness of transit and route information.
• Accurately handle cash and media while operating the tally process.
• Respond to customer requests and inquiries promptly.
• Enter media from register into the tally program and keep records updated.
• Stock supplies and maintain route schedules and printed materials.
• Respond to complaints and inquiries via phone or in person.
• Provide clerical support including word processing and spreadsheets.
• Maintain Records in compliance with Policies and Procedures.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
