Qualifications

• Maintain knowledge of transit and route information.
• Process cash and media accurately.
• Handle and respond to customer complaints and inquiries.
• Answer telephone inquiries about routes, schedules, and fares.
• Perform clerical tasks including word processing and spreadsheets.
• Maintain compliance with Records Management Policies.

• Enter media from register into tally system and maintain accuracy.
• Answer phones and provide route/schedule/fare information.
• Assist with audits and documentation as required.
• Support emergency procedures and daily operations.
