Qualifications

• Provide outstanding customer service in a friendly environment.

• Answer customer requests and inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with routes, schedules, and fares.
• Process and respond to customer complaints and inquiries.
• Enter register media into the tally program and maintain records.
• Provide clerical support and maintain supplies and route schedules.
