Qualifications

• A baccalaureate degree and one year of experience in budget/financial administration, engineering, management or analysis; or education/experience combination may apply.
• Graduate education may substitute for experience; all candidates must have a bachelor's degree.
• For Assignment Level II, master's degree or an extra year of experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing multiple multi-million-dollar Maintenance Contracts.
• Track contractor performance metrics.
• Monitor equipment availability, reliability, callback rates, response times, and repeat failures.
• Hold contractors accountable for contractual performance and corrective actions.
• Monitor contractor compliance with contractual requirements.
• Review contractor reports, invoices and supporting documentation.
• Identify deficiencies and areas requiring corrective action.
• Perform project management and administrative duties.
• Coordinate and prepare responses for internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, analyses, and documentation as required.
