Qualifications

• A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university and one year of satisfactory full-time professional experience in budget administration, accounting, economic or financial administration, engineering, management or methods of analysis, operations research, organization research or program evaluation, personnel or public administration, staff development, employment program planning or administration, security management; or general administration.
• A combination of education and/or experience equivalent to the stated requirement. Graduate education in related fields may substitute for professional experience at the rate of 30 semester credits for one year of experience, but a baccalaureate degree is required.
• Special Note: to be eligible for Assignment Level II, candidates must have either a master's degree in a described field or one additional year of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor division expenses and support ongoing budget tracking and reconciliation efforts.
• Analyze UTS downloads and compile TA Labor reports to support workforce and cost assessments.
• Review Work Programs and track overtime usage to ensure alignment with operational and budgetary guidelines.
• Perform FTE calculations and support hiring processes, including staffing reviews and data inputs.
• Prepare budget requests, extend reimbursable headcount, and process funding allocations and budget entries in coordination with relevant departments.
• Conduct project reviews, including Cost Verification analyses, job number requests, and resource utilization monitoring.
• Support capital project oversight, operational planning efforts, and related reporting activities.
• Respond to ad hoc requests and provide comprehensive administrative, analytical, and data support to the Division Operations team.

Education

Baccalaureate degree and 1 year of professional experience in budget/finance/administration

Education/experience equivalence per qualified policy

Master's degree in related field (for Assignment Level II)
