Qualifications

• 3 years’ bus transit experience preferred, prior union environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain bus schedule and times and supervise operators.
• Monitor headways, running times, passenger loads, and time point checks.
• Monitor CAD/AVL and maintain contact with operators; respond to emergencies.
• Prepare daily operational reports and document incidents and changes.
• Supervise, instruct, and conduct routine checks of operators for schedule adherence and safety.
