Job summary

• Provide strategic leadership for all transportation services including fixed-route, BRT, paratransit, and microtransit.
• Oversee labor relations and contract negotiations; ensure CBAs and internal policies are applied consistently.
• Manage budget planning, contractor oversight, and performance data to drive service reliability and safety.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Safety & Security, Planning, and Customer Service for cross-functional alignment.
• Lead modernization and technology initiatives to improve operations and rider experience.
