• Provides technical assistance regarding repairs and replacement of parts and units.
• Makes decisions on necessary repairs and replacement of parts.
• Monitors workflow, investigates delays and expedites the process.
• Prepares requisitions for repair parts and supplies.
• Checks and approves time records.
• Prepares daily time sheets.
• Administers company and departmental policies.
• Ensures personnel are trained in the proper use of tools/equipment.
