Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Intelligent Modeling Coordinator to oversee cross-discipline coordination for transit and multimodal projects. You will coordinate models across architecture, vertical structures, transportation structures, roadway design and MEP into a federated, clash-checked deliverable throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires extensive experience with CADD/BIM standards, Autodesk software (Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks) and ability to mentor staff across offices.

Qualifications

• 12 years of related experience.
• Strong knowledge of CADD/BIM standards and design criteria.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intelligent models across architecture, structures, roadways and MEP.
• Run clash detection in Navisworks and drive issue resolution.
• Develop BIM Execution Plans and advise on LOD/LOE.
