Job summary

CDM Smith seeks an experienced Intelligent Modeling Coordinator to lead cross-discipline coordination for transit and multimodal projects. You will integrate intelligent models across architecture, structures, transportation, roadway design, and MEP into federated, clash-checked deliverables.

Ideal candidates bring extensive Autodesk knowledge (Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks) and a strong ability to mentor staff while enforcing design standards and governance. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with vocational training in CADD/intelligent modeling.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as project needs.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
