Job summary

CDM Smith seeks an experienced Intelligent Modeling Coordinator for transit and multimodal projects. You will lead cross-discipline coordination, oversee model integrity, and ensure federated, clash-checked deliverables across architecture, structures, roadway and MEP.

The role requires deep knowledge of BIM workflows, model health management, and mentoring production staff, with travel as needed. Based in US offices.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with vocational technical training in basic CADD drafting technology and intelligent modeling.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
