Blue Origin seeks an engineer to lead system-level transient thermal analysis of lunar transport vehicles across ground, launch, Earth orbit, cis-lunar space, lunar orbit, and lunar surface environments using Thermal Desktop. You will capture inputs, build/verify models, perform trade studies, and document results to support safe spaceflight.

The role requires a BS in mechanical or aerospace engineering with 2 years in thermal analysis, familiarity with Thermal Desktop and Sinda/Fluint, and

• B.S. degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering.
• 2 years relevant Thermal Engineering/Analysis experience.
• Solid understanding of thermal fundamentals.
• Demonstrated thermal analysis skills.
• Familiarity with modeling spacecraft thermal performance using Thermal Desktop and Sinda/Fluint.

Responsabilidades

• Perform system-level transient thermal analysis of lunar transport vehicles in ground, launch, Earth orbit, cis-lunar space, lunar orbit, and lunar surface environments using Thermal Desktop.
• Capture system inputs, construct and vet analysis models, and perform system-level trade studies.
• Generate temperature and heat transfer predictions and document results.
