Blue Origin in Merritt Island, FL is seeking an engineer to perform system-level transient thermal analysis of lunar transport vehicles using Thermal Desktop. You will capture inputs, construct and vet analysis models, run trade studies, and document results.

Qualifications include a BS in mechanical or aerospace engineering, 2 years of thermal engineering/analysis experience, and familiarity with Thermal Desktop and Sinda/Fluint. Proficiency in Python, C/C++, FORTRAN, or Matlab is a plus.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of thermal fundamentals.
• Demonstrated thermal analysis skills.
• Familiarity with Thermal Desktop and Sinda/Fluint.
• MS degree is preferred.
• Programming skills in Python or C/C++ or FORTRAN or Matlab are a plus.
