Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Electrical testing experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Good manual dexterity and stamina for repetitive tasks.
• Strong math and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings.
• Proficiency with basic measuring tools (calipers, rulers, tape measures, gauges).
• Experience with quality control tools, procedures and documentation.
• Attention to detail, time management and quality control skills.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise and dust.

Responsibilities

• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and specifications.
• Perform electrical and mechanical tests on transformers to validate function.
• Keep accurate records of inspection results and test procedures.
• Use measuring tools to verify dimensional requirements.
• Audit manufacturing processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Investigate defects, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality standards.
