Central Moloney is seeking a Quality Inspector to join the Quality team in Transformers AR. You will inspect materials and finished products, perform electrical and mechanical tests, and maintain precise quality records.

The role requires reading specs and drawings, using calipers and gauges, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting with noise and dust. This position is safety-sensitive and tobacco-free.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Electrical testing experience is a plus.
• Display good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good manual dexterity and physical stamina for repetitive tasks.
• Strong mathematical & problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications and technical drawings.
• Proficiency using basic measuring tools (calipers, rulers, tape measures, gauges).
• Experience with quality control tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with quality systems, procedures, and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, time management and quality control skills.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and dust.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

Responsabilités

• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality against standards.
• Perform electrical and mechanical tests to validate transformer functionality.
• Maintain accurate records of inspection results and procedures.
• Use calipers, rulers, gauges to verify dimensional requirements.
• Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes for continuous improvement.
• Investigate defects, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production teams to communicate quality standards.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment.
• Undertake additional quality-related duties as assigned.
