Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Domestic or international travel upon necessity.

Responsibilities

• Report issues found in process, tracking system, describing steps to recreate the issue.
• Develop and maintain KPI (Key Performance Indicators) and supporting data collection systems.
• Create, maintain, and follow all related paperwork/ERP system for each unit during the process such as Quality Investigation Report, NCR/NCM, etc.
• Organize and participate in technical meetings and audits with customer representatives.
• Prepare weekly surveillance reports, nonconformance reports and verification of corrective actions.
• Ensure that all works follow approved method statements and drawings.
