We're partnering with a global industry leader seeking a Transformation Specialist to help shape and execute strategic initiatives across its Mobility & Convenience business.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strategy-minded professional with a background in consulting, corporate strategy, transformation, investment banking, or business analysis who enjoys solving complex business challenges and driving measurable impact.

What You'll Do

As a key member of the Strategy & Transformation team, you'll work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to develop strategic recommendations, support high-priority transformation programs, and help turn business objectives into actionable results.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting strategy development through market, customer, competitive, and financial analysis


• Driving execution of major transformation initiatives and strategic programs


• Developing business cases, investment proposals, and value assessments


• Conducting research on market trends, customer behavior, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics


• Building executive-level presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations


• Partnering with teams across Operations, Finance, Digital, Sustainability, Product, and Policy functions


• Tracking program milestones, performance metrics, and implementation plans


• Helping leadership evaluate growth opportunities and strategic investments

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus


• 10+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, consulting, corporate strategy, business analysis, private equity, or investment banking environments


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Experience developing executive presentations and communicating with senior stakeholders
