Candence is a forward‑thinking technology company transforming how financial institutions deliver Intelligent Banking experiences. We seek a dynamic Strategy & Transformation Manager to join our Transformation team and help design and enable initiatives aligned with long‑term strategy.

You will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team to apply strategic tools, drive innovation, and accelerate organizational change across cross‑functional programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in strategy consulting (MBB preferred) or equivalent corporate strategy/transformation experience (Fintech or SaaS preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; ability to structure complex problems and generate actionable insights.
• High proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, modeling) and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx) preferred.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills across diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
• Collaborative team player with a bias toward action and decision-making.

Responsibilities
