Job summary

bp is seeking a Transformation Specialist to shape and execute the Mobility & Convenience Americas strategy. You will deliver analytical insights, support cross-functional initiatives, and help translate priorities into actionable plans with leadership collaboration.

Responsibilities include strategy development support, project delivery, and financial analyses, partnering with Products, Operations, Finance, Digital, Policy, and Sustainability teams to drive high-impact initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional qualification (MBA beneficial but not required).
3–7 years of post-university work experience in strategy, business analysis, or consulting-related roles.
Exposure to the Oil & Gas or broader energy sector (preferred).
Experience or familiarity with retail, mobility, or convenience industries (advantageous).

Responsibilities

Strategy development support: contribute to M&CA strategy analyses and option evaluations.
Transformation initiative delivery: assist with workstream coordination and milestone tracking.
Analytical support: perform market, customer, competitive, financial, and regulatory analyses.
Structured problem solving: break down complex questions and develop data-driven recommendations.
Strategy execution support: draft roadmaps and track performance metrics.
Cross-functional coordination: collaborate with Products, Operations, Finance, Digital, Policy, Sustainability.
Narrative and materials development: prepare presentations and strategic briefs.
Business case support: assist financial modelling and risk/value analyses.
