Job summary

Tarka Talent is seeking an experienced management consultant to lead large-scale transformation programmes in New York with hybrid working and limited travel. You will partner with C-suite leaders to shape strategy, design roadmaps, and drive delivery from inception to measurable outcomes.

You will manage cross-functional teams, guide senior stakeholders, and build enduring client relationships while contributing to a sustainable consulting model with substantial repeat business.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience within a recognised management consultancy.
• Manager or Senior Manager level experience in a leading consulting firm.
• Strong programme leadership across strategy, design and delivery.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders within Fortune 1000 organisations.
• Existing US work authorisation without visa sponsorship requirements.

Working directly with C-suite executives and senior leadership teams, you’ll operate at the heart of complex business transformation, shaping strategy, establishing the roadmap and leading delivery through to measurable outcomes. With around 90% of assignments generated through repeat client relationships, the firm has built its reputation on exceptional delivery

Working in lean teams, you will lead complex, enterprise-level transformation engagements from initial strategy and design through to implementation, working as a trusted adviser to senior client stakeholders.
