You will shape processes, manage delivery across scope, milestones and budgets, and coordinate with sponsors and partners to ensure successful implementation.

• Experience leading HR and Finance transformation projects.
• Ability to map processes and turn requirements into deliverables.
• Strong governance, risk and benefits tracking.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of HR and Finance systems across LHCPG.
• Review and improve processes, shape system usage, and manage change.
• Lead broader digital transformation and continuous improvement projects.
• Coordinate testing, implementation, communications, training and adoption.
• Provide senior stakeholders with progress updates and decisions.
