Job summary

GCS Recruitment is assisting a leading global client in SF to hire an HR Transformation Project Coordinator for a major transformation programme. The role targets candidates with 2–4 years' experience in Project Coordination, PMO, Operations, or Project Management seeking exposure to large-scale HR and business transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience in Project Coordination, PMO, Operations, or similar.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience supporting transformation or change projects is highly desirable.
