The ideal candidate will manage risks, dependencies and ensure alignment with business objectives while coordinating across teams and external partners.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects or programs.
• Project management certification is a must have.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence and drive accountability without direct authority.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
• Establish governance, meeting cadences, status reporting, and escalation processes.
• Track risks, actions, issues, and dependencies; drive proactive resolution.
• Coordinate across business, functional, and technical teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Support change and implementation activities for new processes, technologies, or ways of working.
