Job summary

AGS - American Gaming Systems seeks Senior PMO Managers to own delivery oversight across a broad transformation portfolio including commercial growth, game development, data analytics, operations and technology. Qualifications

• 7+ years in program or project management.
• Experience managing multi-workstream transformation programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or IT; PMI certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiative Charter Development — turn strategic ideas into defined projects with scope, milestones, costs, value, and owners.
• Portfolio Tracking — maintain RAG status, milestones, actuals vs budget, and value delivery for all initiatives.
• Workstream Steering Committees — chair, prepare materials, drive decisions, publish logs.
• Risk and Dependency Management — maintain risk registers and escalate blockers early.
• Executive Reporting — produce portfolio status packs for leadership and boards.
• Value Alignment — ensure milestones align with value gates and business case commitments.
• Team Enablement — onboard and coach project coordinators on PMO standards.
