Job summary

Gradian is seeking a Sr PMO Analyst to own portfolio data, reporting, and process standards across Gradian's enterprise PMO. You will partner with the NPD and ETO teams to deliver a single, accurate view of every program and project.

Responsibilities include designing the enterprise process architecture, KPIs, SOPs, and governance, consolidating data, and delivering executive summaries and dashboards in Power BI or Tableau. Strong Excel and MS 365 tooling are required.

Qualifications

• Experience mapping, documenting, and improving business processes.
• Ability to build templates adopted by multiple teams.
• Experience with PMO or portfolio analytics in manufacturing or engineered products.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise process design, SOP library, and governance.
• Consolidate portfolio data into a single enterprise view.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and executive summaries.
