Job Opportunity: Financial Transformation Manager

Role Overview:

The Financial Transformation Manager is responsible for driving strategic finance initiatives focused on transformation, IT development, and continuous improvement. This role oversees end-to-end project management of cross-functional efforts, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. It requires deep process expertise in Order to Cash (OTC), Procure to Pay (PTP), and Account to Report (ATR). The manager will play a key role in change management activities, fostering adoption and minimizing resistance. Strong stakeholder management is critical, as the role regularly interacts with senior leadership across functions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage projects for the Americas region
2. Lead finance transformation initiatives
3. Manage relationships with senior stakeholders
4. Influence teams to adopt new processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
• Technical knowledge of ATR, OTC, PTP processes, and SAP
• Advanced English skills (C1)
• Experience in project management
• Certified PMP
• Experience in senior stakeholder management
